Sorry about that! If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. You can check your order status by signing into your account on our website or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your order went through.
Why was my order cancelled/declined?
There can be various reasons why your order got cancelled. It can be when the billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order will be cancelled without exception. It is recommended for you to email us at email@example.com to find out the exact reason.

Are the products safe?
We are picky on product selection. You don't have to worry about the safety of our products! All of our products are safe to any type of skin.
When does the product expire?
You can check the expiry date on the product. For natural products, the shelf life is much shorter than chemical products. We suggest to finish the product within 6months after opened.
